Return & Refund Policy
We offer a simple & straight-forward return policy. You can raise a return/exchange request for a product within 7 days of its delivery for the following reasons
- The internal packaging is damaged or the product is damaged on receipt
- The product is not genuine.
We accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Please retain the outer packing and bubble wrap etc as you will need to repack the good you are returning in this.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You need to return the products in the original outer box with bubble wrap etc in the same manner the product was received.
- Any freebies/complimentary/tester products received with your order will also have to be returned along with the damaged/inauthentic product.
- In case of inauthentic products complains, we will verify whether the product is genuine or not and our decision will be final and binding (mostly this process will be done via pictures over email)..
How to go about it:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Care team via email (email@example.com) within 7 business days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your reason for requesting a return/replacement/refund your order. Kindly email a picture of the product you want returned and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: If we are proceeding with inspection of the physical product, we will arrange for pick up the products within 2-4 business days (you must pack it in the original outer box with bubble wrap etc as you received it)
- Step 4: If on physical inspection we agree the product is not genuine and/or there has been damage to the internal packaging, we will initiate the refund or replacement process.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We do not allow returns for products subjected to the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Serial Number is tampered with.
- Product is used or altered
- If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or complimentary items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. or
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping item(s) over INR 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
